International Sales Administration Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized International Sales Administration Manager professional to support our expanding operations.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will assist the Sales and Marketing team in managing sales operations. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, processing orders, invoicing, and ensuring timely payments from customers. Additionally, you will organize internal events and coordinate Amarisoft’s participation in trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration
- Quotations and Invoices: Prepare and send quotations and invoices to customers, ensuring accurate pricing and terms.
- Customer Orders: Process and manage customer orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and communication.
- Payments: Record and enter customer payments into the system, ensuring accurate bookkeeping.
- Accounts Receivable: Follow up on overdue invoices, ensuring timely payment from customers.
- Supplier Registration: Manage the process of registering Amarisoft as a supplier with customers, ensuring compliance with all required documentation and processes.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for marketing and sales purposes.
Event Management
- Event Strategy: Plan and execute Amarisoft’s participation in telecom trade shows and internal events.
- Brand Representation: Ensure strong brand presence at events through well-designed booths and promotional materials.
- Lead Follow-ups: Coordinate post-event lead follow-ups with the sales team to drive conversions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an international tech company (preferred)

The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving Amarisoft’s growth by serving as a technical expert and customer advocate. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, this role combines deep technical knowledge, customer interaction, and strategic sales efforts to ensure successful adoption of Amarisoft’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Take calls with prospective and existing customers to discuss their technical and business requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, answering detailed technical questions about Amarisoft’s product portfolio.
Solution Consulting:
- Understand customer needs and recommend Amarisoft products that best suit their requirements.
- Provide tailored advice to ensure customers maximize the value of our solutions.
Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct in-depth product demos to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Amarisoft’s technology.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare and deliver customized demonstrations when needed.
Market Knowledge:
- Maintain a solid understanding of 5G/4G core, RAN, and UE technologies.
- Leverage expertise in call boxes, UE simulation, and private/public network deployment markets to address customer inquiries and identify opportunities.
Event Participation:
- Represent Amarisoft at trade shows and industry events.
- Engage with potential customers and partners to showcase Amarisoft’s cutting-edge solutions.
Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with Amarisoft’s business goals.
- Contribute to lead qualification and conversion efforts.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering, business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or telecommunications-focused role.
- Strong technical background with expertise in 5G/4G core, RAN, and UE technologies.
- Knowledge of call boxes, UE simulation, and private/public network deployment markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and deliver impactful product presentations.
