Virtualization of eNodeB: live demo at MWC 2015

This demo showed how to move a virtual enodeb running live over the air from a KVM to another KVM without cutting the VoLTE session ou the eMBMS session. And still ASIC-less and DSP-less.

v-RAN demo at MWC 2014

The demo was done on a bi Xeon 2690v2. We ran 6 sectors MIMO 2x2 at 20Mhz. On one of them, an Category 3 LTE USB key was connected to do a file transfer from the PC to the Laptop behind.

Below, the LG Optimus and the Sony Xperia are streaming video to the Amari LTE 100. The trace output in the middle shows the approx 20Mb/s uplink shared in between the phones (UE_ID 25 and 30).
